Manual

I started taking a photography class at Richland Community College with Michelle 2 weeks ago. Last week we were given our first homework, take pictures in manual mode only. I was stunned, seriously? Oh, and do not use a flash. OK I thought, there is no way. Actually it wasn't as hard as I thought. I figured all my pictures would turn out blurry and dark. That wasn't the case at all. However, I still don't know what setting I used, I just turned my aperture to it's lowest setting and adjusted the shutter speed until the camera said it was OK. I guess I need to keep track of what my setting are and then I won't be slow at taking the pictures. It's a start! Here are a few, not sure which 3 I will be turning in tonight.
