511 is the number for dollars AT&T charged us for our cell phone bill last month.
1,400 is the number of minutes Brian & I share on our cell phone plan.
40 is the number of cents AT&T charge you for every minute you go over
11 is the number of months AT&T has charged us incorrectly
Realized yesterday that we were being charged for in network phone calls. AT&T apologizes and has opened a case to review the last 11 months of charges. Looks like we're in for some money and extra minutes! At least that is how I hope this turns out.
